The team is led by Bill Power, executive chair and experienced investor with a long history of growing purpose-driven businesses, alongside Donald McCalman, chief executive, who brings direct experience from Circularity Scotland, Gordon McGuigan, director of operations with extensive leadership in waste and recycling, and John Player, IT director with decades of experience in delivering complex technology solutions.
